We have held this practice group at Unity of Buffalo for nine years now.
Emotional Freedom Techniques, often called TAPPING, is an
easy to learn, easy to use energy tool widely used by many
practitioners. Tapping on certain energy points while focusing
on an issue in one's life neutralizes the emotional charge, creating
energetic space for new thoughts and new options to enter your
