Emotional Freedom Techniques, often called TAPPING, is an easy to learn, easy to use energy tool widely used by many practitioners.  Tapping on certain energy points while focusing on an issue in one's life neutralizes the emotional charge, creating energetic space for new thoughts and new options to enter your energy field. It is a remarkable healing modality based on the same principles that have been used for thousands of years in acupuncture—but without the needles. EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases covering a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. It often works where nothing else does.
We come together in this practice group to share and support each other in opening new energies.  So often we discover that we are working with similar issues, only coming at them from our own perspective and direction.
