Why practice the Alexander Technique?
The Alexander Technique is a self awareness mindfulness in activity practice with many practical benefits including relief from chronic pain, better posture and more ease in daily life.
Wear comfortable stretchable loose fitting clothing that allows for simple movements.
Week 1 will be a general introduction.
Week 2 will focus on body mapping.
Week 3 will focus on applying the technique in activity
Week 4 will be a chance to experience some table work.
