Three-week introduction that explores the benefits of meditation, various forms of meditation, and most importantly, help you begin your journey, or deepen your experience of a daily meditation practice. Special emphasis on Unity's approach to meditation, "Practicing the Silence."
Tuesdays, September 10 and 17, and October 1st.
Two options to participate:
1) In-person at Unity Church; Tuesdays, September 10 and 17, and October 1st. 12:30 - 2 p.m.
2) Via Zoom; September 11 and 18, and October 2nd. 6 - 7:15 p.m.
