 Protocols for In-Person Sunday Service

Advance reservations are required.  When you arrive, your name will be checked off a list of those who have made reservations so that the list is available for contact tracing if needed.


When we begin to open up again for in the building services, these will be the protocols for in-person attendance.


Face masks covering nose and mouth are required in the building at all times.


A physical distance of at least 6 feet from others is also required.


When you arrive, you will be asked a series of questions about health symptoms, if you have travelled outside of New York State or been in contact with any who has in the past 14 days, and if you have been exposed to anyone diagnosed with Covid in the past 14 days.  If so, you will be asked to leave the building.


We will also be doing a temperature check before you are escorted to your seat.  


You will also be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering and leaving the building, and to refrain from eating, drinking or singing on the premises.


Please plan to arrive between 9:30 and 10 a.m. to allow extra time for the screening and avoid having a lot of people arrive at the same time. 


People will enter and leave through our front door only.  You will be escorted to your seat, chairs will already be positioned in a way to provide for safe distancing. 


The bathroom downstairs will be available on an “as needed” basis with an occupancy of one at a time.  Masks are required there also.  Wipes will be provided.


Thank you to our Church Re-Opening/Re-Imagining Team for developing these policies after much thorough research and consideration.  They have been approved by our Board of Trustees as Church Policy.
